Eaalim syllabus

وَأَكِيدُ كَيۡدٗا(16) فَمَهِّلِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ أَمۡهِلۡهُمۡ رُوَيۡدَۢا (17)

And I plot a plot (against them)

So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal thou gently with them for a while
