ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ
لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٣
That is because they believed, then disbelieved, therefore their hearts are sealed so that they understand not.
